These Terms of Service govern your use of indiamrit.com and purchases made through the Indi Amrit online store.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Indi Amrit

Indi Amrit sells herbal infusions, botanical products and related food products through its website.
2. Website and product information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredient information, prices and other information on the website are accurate and current.
Because our products contain natural botanical ingredients and may be produced in small batches, minor variations in colour, appearance, aroma, texture or botanical material may occur.
Natural variation does not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.
3. Food products and consumption
Indi Amrit products are food products intended for consumption.
Customers should carefully review:

- Allergen information, where applicable
- Any warnings or directions provided with the product
If you have a known allergy, sensitivity or dietary restriction relating to an ingredient, do not consume the product.

4. Orders
When you place an order, you are requesting to purchase the products selected by you.
An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

- Payment problems
- Suspected fraud or misuse
- Incorrect or incomplete information
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, an applicable refund will be processed.
5. Pricing and taxes
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
We may change prices and promotional offers from time to time. Such changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where correction of an obvious error is necessary.
6. Promotional codes
Promotional codes may have additional conditions, including:

- Minimum order values
- Product exclusions

- Customer eligibility requirements
Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Indi Amrit currently ships across India.
Free shipping applies to orders above ₹750, subject to the terms displayed at checkout.
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery.
8. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled merely because the customer has changed their mind.

9. Returns, refunds and exchanges
Indi Amrit does not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds for consumable products.
Eligible complaints involving damaged, defective, contaminated, tampered, incorrect or materially different products will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Where appropriate, Indi Amrit will generally seek to resolve an eligible product issue by providing a replacement at no additional cost.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules require appropriate remedies where applicable for defective, deficient, spurious or materially misrepresented goods, among other circumstances.

We will acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve eligible grievances within the applicable period prescribed by law. The e-commerce rules specifically provide for acknowledgement within 48 hours and redressal within one month for the relevant seller category.

All content on indiamrit.com, including:
- Indi Amrit branding
- Logos
- Product photographs
- Illustrations
- Graphics
- Written content
- Packaging artwork
- Videos
- Designs
is owned by or licensed to Indi Amrit unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website to:
- Conduct fraudulent activity
- Violate applicable law
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Interfere with website security
- Introduce malicious software
- Misrepresent your identity
- Disrupt website functionality
13. Third-party services
Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment, shipping, Meta and WhatsApp services.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Indi Amrit is not responsible for the independent operation, availability or privacy practices of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Indi Amrit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. Events beyond our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, courier failures, infrastructure failures or other force majeure events.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and authorities in India.
Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from exercising any statutory right to approach an appropriate consumer forum or competent authority.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
